Course Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed can be cancelled and refunded up to 72 hours before course commencement. Any cancellation request made less than 72 hours before the course starts will be rejected.
Cancellation Procedure: If you wish to cancel your course registration, you must submit a written request via email to our customer support team at least 72 hours before the course starts. Your cancellation request will be processed as soon as possible, and we will notify you of the outcome within three (3) business days.
Refund Policy: If you cancel your course registration at least 72 hours before the course starts, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid. Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving your cancellation request.
If you cancel your course registration less than 72 hours before the course starts, your cancellation request will be rejected, and no refund will be provided. However, in exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer you the option of transferring your registration to another course or receiving a full refund of any fees paid.
