Description
The Scrum Master course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective Scrum Masters. The course covers the Scrum framework, including its values, principles, and practices, and explores the roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master. Participants will learn how to facilitate Scrum events, manage the Scrum artifacts, and coach the Development Team, Product Owner, and organization to adopt Scrum.
The course also covers agile estimation and planning, agile development practices, and scaling Scrum for large projects and teams. Participants will develop leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills to help their teams improve and continuously deliver high-quality products.
